What type of body do you want ladies?
Do you want to have a body of a Pornstar or a body of a Super Model?
Do you want to have a body so sexy that every guy will be wanting to have you or a body so fat and ugly that no man wants to look and not even think of wanting to have you?(unless it’s guys that are into chubby girls)
Do you want to have just a skinny tone body or have a body full of muscles like those female bodybuilders?( I REALLY do not recommend you do that. Girls do not look attractive at all with big muscles. It kills your femininity completely)
Do you want to have a bubble butt or a flat ass?
Finally, which of the three body types do you prefer:
By now ladies, you should be getting the point I’m trying to make here. It should be obvious to most of you that you got to have a goal before you even start on any diet or workout. Hell, you can workout as you figure out what is your goal, I know I have done that before but you still gotta have a goal otherwise you will be going at it blind with no purpose. What do you want? Do you want to lose weight or build muscle? The majority of you girls will want to lose weight more then building muscle unless you have already lost the amount of weight you wanted.
In the end, the choice is up to YOU and YOU alone. If any reason that you do not know what body you want to have then I strongly suggest you experiment especially if your new at working out. Your goals will change overtime as you workout as you realize that it’s not what you wanted.
When I first started going to the gym, my goal was to get as big as I can like Vin diesel. Over time, I did got a little bigger but I realized that I wouldn’t as look good that way since I already look naturally big due to my broad shoulders, so I changed my goal to get a lean body but gain as much strength as possible since I admire Powerlifting.
My point to this story is if you are not sure of what kind of body you want, just chose a goal and if it’s not what you expect, just change it but now you know and have that experience. The same way I change from wanting to be big to wanting to have a lean body with a lot of strength , you can do it too. Just experiment.
Another thing that can help is by asking your man. Ask him what you can work on in your body. For sure, he will tell you to work on your legs and ass since the lower part of a woman’s body is the most important but he will also tell you what else can you work on so you can not only have the best body for yourself but for your man too. We do want you to look hot for us. So ask him and he will be honest with you unless he is a pussy.
Bottom line girls, you need to have a goal in order to stay focused and be consistent on working out. If you have already have a goal in mind, I congratulate you and I wish you the best of luck. Now get your cute asses to the gym and have the best body you can achieve.
