What type of body do you want?
Do you want a weak body or a strong body?
Do you want a body that attracts women or a body that scares women away?
Do you want a body that has big muscles or normal size muscles depending on YOUR definition of normal size?
Do you want a body of a Bodybuilder or a body of a Powerlifter?
Do you want a body that has a beer belly so big that you can’t see your dick when you fuck or a six pack that you love to show off?
Do you want a body that focus on strength and power or a body just to show off but your not strong like a Powerlifer?
I hope by now you are getting the point. Remember, before you start working out and make changes in your diet and health, you gotta have a goal. You cannot blindly start working out and eating healthy without having a goal in mind. What do you want? Lose weight or gain muscle? That choice is up to you and once you made that choice then you can know what type of body you want to have.
If any reason that you do not know what body you want to have then I strongly suggest you experiment. When I first started working out, My goal was to get as big as I can, I was still learning at that time so I was a novice. I did got a little big but I didn’t like it since I believe that I don’t look as good with huge muscles as I thought I did especially at the time I wanted to be as big as Vin Diesel. Later on, I had changed my goal to wanting to have a lean body that is all about strength. I still look big since I have broad shoulders which gives the appearance of looking big.
My point to this story is if you are not sure of what kind of body you want, just chose a goal and if you don’t like it, just change it but now you know. The same way I change from wanting to have big muscles to wanting to have a lean body that gains a lot of strength, you can do it too. Not everyone could look good with big muscles, I know I cant. just experiment.
Now, if have have chosen your goal whether is to lose weight or gain muscle and know what body you want to have, I congratulate you and I hope you the best. Now go kick ass in the gym and get what you want.
